Setting Up Anchor Wallet for WAX Chain (Testnet + Mainnet) | MintyBlocks

MintyBlocks works on both WAX Testnet (free testing) and WAX Mainnet (live NFTs). Follow the steps below to set up both networks using Anchor Wallet.

WAX Testnet (Free Testing)

Connect to WAX Testnet

Add the Testnet in Anchor

Click Create New Wallet (or Import Existing Wallet if you already have one)

Select or add WAX Testnet in Anchor

Testnet Connected Successfully

Go to Settings -> Click Manage Blockchains -> Click Add Custom Blockchain -> Click Save.

WAX Testnet is now active!

Testnet Details:

  • Network Name: WAX Testnet
  • Chain ID: wax-testnet
  • Currency Symbol: WAX
  • Block Explorer URL: https://wax-test.bloks.io

WAX Mainnet (Live Network)

Connect to WAX Mainnet

Switch to Mainnet

Click Create New Wallet (or Import Existing Wallet if you already have one)

Go to Settings -> Click Manage Blockchains -> Click Add Custom Blockchain -> Click Save.

Connect to WAX Cloud Wallet

Go to WAX Cloud Wallet

Visit https://all-access.wax.io and sign up or log in using your email, Google, or social account — no browser extension needed.

Connect to MintyBlocks

Click Connect Wallet on MintyBlocks → Select WAX Cloud Wallet → Approve the connection request in the popup window.

Pro Tip: You can switch between WAX Testnet and WAX Mainnet anytime from the network selector inside Anchor Wallet!
